Kangamouse, Refund and Returns Policy

In the rare case, you purchased an item Made by the Kangamouse or Up-cycled by The Kangamouse that was not to your liking, we will happily take it back (in original condition with tags included) for store credit within 5 days of receiving your order. We do not offer refunds or exchange items Found by the Kangamouse.

To request a return label, please email hello@kangamouse.com upon receipt of your return, your account will automatically be credited. In order to access your credit, contact The Kangamouse directly before placing your next order. The Kangamouse only replaces items if they are defective or damaged other than described or meant.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
